About this Resource
This session provides an example of how to intentionally plan a unit or series of lessons to integrate scientific methods into all organizing ideas in the science curriculum. The document contains a sample from the organizing idea, Energy and focuses specifically on the KUSP: “Movement consists of direction, a pathway and speed.” In addition to implementing the sample resources in their classroom, educators can use the samples to refer to when planning to integrate the scientific methods into other organizing ideas.
