About this Resource
Created in response to teacher requests, this resource helps navigate the KUSPs best suited for dialogue and journaling. Starting with a curricular audit, it identifies a vetted list of KUSPs — those using action words like Explore, Discuss, Examine, Investigate, Reflect, Describe, Modify, and Consider — and pairs each KUSP with several discussion questions and journal prompts, organized by grade and Organizing Idea. Bonus project prompts from a related set of KUSPs are included to spark further ideas. Built to make the shift toward more discussion and dialogue in PE classes a little easier.
