About this Resource
This resource provides teachers with a common starting point to guide targeted professional learning for long range, year planning with the Gr. 6 Math curriculum and provides an exemplar of a long range, ‘Year-At-A-Glance’ plan that can be used and adapted for individual teacher/school use.
An introductory video is provided to support and guide you through the use of this document.
This is the third document in a series of four. This resource is best used with the previous documents Introduction to Numbered Outcomes, and Curriculum Comparisons document, and is followed by the INTERACTIVE Year-At-A-Glance Sample Planning. This resource is best used as a part of a small group, professional learning community discussion and/or workshop in the development of long range year plans.
